Helmed by award winning Chef Pang Kok Keong, whom is well known and respected for his mastery of pastry and chocolate making, his exquisite masterpieces marries traditional French techniques with his novel touch is testament of his flair and classical training. Chef Pang has won the coveted Pastry Chef of the Year title in the 2007, 2009 and 2010 instalments of the World Gourmet Summit and is also the youngest to receive this award 3 times. In 2011, he was inducted to the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence Hall of Fame for Pastry Chef of the Year.
